You can initiate a delivery for your SIM card straight from your app. Please select where you want our agent to come, select one from the available time slots that work for you, and track your delivery from the app when the delivery time gets closer. If you want to change the delivery time or address, you can do so quickly from the app before the delivery agent begins the journey to you. Don’t worry if you miss your appointment; you can schedule again. However, if we can’t reach you in 2 attempts, we must cancel your order.
